Kitchen Open Plan and Art Studio
The clients wished to improve on the existing extension in this 1930's semi-detached.
They wanted the existing kitchen, dining and extension turned into one open space.
Maximise on light with Bi-folds and Roof lights. The Velux Integra opening is remote control and gently, automatically closes when it rains.
Despite the large span they specifically did not want a column in the way of their open plan. The project has Building Control Approval and the builders have moved in to transform the place.
With Schneider kitchen, engineered oak, herringbone floor. Total cost of the project, including kitchen, flooring and furniture £63,918. 20 September 2019.
