Spire NorthWhen integrating technology into this Northern Michigan home in Torch Lake, Spire embraced the ‘Up North’ design and made sure the technology did not compromise the aesthetic of the home. The homeowners enjoy the complete control of their home using the Savant Control System via multiple devices including an iPad, Savant touchscreen remotes and multiple in-wall digital keypads. Park City is known for utilizing mountain modern and industrial elements in it's design. We wanted to tie those elements in with the owner's farm house Texas roots.

Introduced to the homeowners through the wife’s parents, we updated and expanded the home to create modern, clean spaces for the family. Highlights include converting the attic into completely new third floor bedrooms and a bathroom; a light and bright gray and white kitchen featuring a large island, white quartzite counters and Viking stove and range; a light and airy master bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub; and a new exercise room in the basement.
