Bonacio Construction, Inc.This beautifully custom designed, 25,000 square foot home is one of a kind and built by Bonacio Construction. Included are rich cherry built-ins along with coffered ceilings and wrapped beams, custom hardwood floors, marble flooring and custom concrete countertops. This project included a bowling alley, sauna, exercise room, gymnasium as well as both indoor & outdoor pools.

Sunspace Design, Inc.Although less common than projects from our other product lines, a Sunspace Design pool enclosure is one of the most visually impressive products we offer. This custom pool enclosure was constructed on a beautiful four acre parcel in Carlisle, Massachusetts. It is the third major project Sunspace Design has designed and constructed on this property. We had previously designed and built an orangery as a dining area off the kitchen in the main house. Our use of a mahogany wood frame and insulated glass ceiling became a focal point and ultimately a beloved space for the owners and their children to enjoy. This positive experience led to an ongoing relationship with Sunspace.
We were called in some years later as the clients were considering building an indoor swimming pool on their property. They wanted to include wood and glass in the ceiling in the same fashion as the orangery we had completed for them years earlier. Working closely with the clients, their structural engineer, and their mechanical engineer, we developed the elevations and glass roof system, steel superstructure, and a very sophisticated environment control system to properly heat, cool, and regulate humidity within the enclosure.
Further enhancements included a full bath, laundry area, and a sitting area adjacent to the pool complete with a fireplace and wall-mounted television. The magnificent interior finishes included a bluestone floor. We were especially happy to deliver this project to the client, and we believe that many years of enjoyment will be had by their friends and family in this new space.

Situated in the thriving heart of North Shore in Vancouver, Seylynn Village is a recently built major residential and shopping centre. The facility includes the fine The Denna Club, the interiors of which have been designed by the CHIL Interior Design studio and develop all around the swimming pool in the middle.
The swimming pool is immediately striking thanks to both its wood-panelled ceiling as well as the huge walls covered with marble-effect ceramic slabs.
Two natural materials that blend in seamlessly with the woody mountain backdrop of Vancouver, a scene that can be enjoyed in all its glory through the large double-height windows which also filter the natural light flooding in to light the setting. The swimming pool affords the ultimate relaxation: on the one hand, a view opens onto the surrounding green forests; as you raise your eyes upwards, the wooden panels cut into geometric shapes entertain the view, forming a game of combinations that reflects the myriad facets of a gem, and on the other walls, the welcoming feel of a candid ceramic cladding of slabs from the I Naturali | Bianco Statuario Venato series in the 1000x3000mm size and in the 5.6 mm thickness, applied in their most surprising combination, in other words Book Match, to recreate the effect of a continuous vein pattern, just like in a natural quarry.
