Living within a development was not this clients choice, but due to a job offer and transfer she had to make the move. So creating a passive and quite environment was the goal from the start. Our intent was to soften the hard lines of the home and surroundings, along with creating a very private front entry and secluded rear yard. The raised masonry deck and lower level terrace with a tasteful pergola, was a place to escape and relax after a long day at the office.
Path as an experience that both slows time and invites you to continue around the corner.
