House was built by Hotard General Contracting, Inc. Jefferson Door supplied: exterior doors (custom Sapele mahogany), interior doors (Masonite), windows custom Sapele mahogany windows on the front and (Integrity by Marvin Windows) on the sides and back, columns (HB&G), crown moulding, baseboard and door hardware (Emtek).

Walnut wet bar done by Wood-Mode with LED lit glass displays. Classic corbels and wood paneled back with an arabesque bordered backsplash. Hammered undermount sink with a gold Rohl faucet. Built in wine fridge and paneled ice maker in lower cabinets.

The butler's pantry is lined in deep blue cabinets with intricate details on the glass doors. The ceiling is also lined in wood panels to make the space and enclosed jewel. Interior Design by Ashley Whitakker.

The wet bar also has up lighting at the crown and under cabinet lighting, switched separately and operated by remote control.
