A cozy reading nook with deep storage benches is tucked away just off the main living space. Its own operable windows bring in plenty of natural light, although the anglerfish-like wall mounted reading lamp is a welcome addition. Photography: Andrew Pogue Photography.

VHA provided complete interior design services for this 900 SF apartment within a new concrete-and-glass high rise. The work included specification of furnishings and window treatments, as well as design of custom carpets and built-ins. VHA’s use of a customized modular shelving system makes efficient use of the unit’s limited wall space by incorporating a workstation, television and book shelves.

When we say custom made, we mean it. This beautiful and creative corner Wall Unit serves as your personal Home Library, Media Center, and more. Topped off with gorgeous white wood finishes and calm blue highlights, this can be everyone's happy space.
"Italian-inspired and exclusive to California Closets, Virtuoso integrates long, fluid horizontal lines with distinctive, innovative components. Its systems feature doors and drawers that are wider than they are tall, and repetition of key design elements, such as contrasting colors and accent lighting, to create a contemporary “floating” look."
Woodways
This large Woodways built in area combines beauty and storage into a single focal element in the space. Closed lower cabinets pair with open shelving to balance the visual weight. The same seafoam green is used throughout the house to tie all areas into one cohesive design. Spotlighting is used in the center to highlight large pieces of art as well as any decorative table elements.

We chose to convert the third bedroom into a Den suitable for movie watching and doubling as a home office. We custom designed and had built this impressive millwork to house the TV and book collection along with being able to hide "stuff." Instead of closing in the space, this dramatic built in visually expanded the space which was complimented by this tone on tone floral damask wallpaper.
Urban Project Management & Construction
Urban Project Management renovated the sitting room and included a custom made Murphy closet. We brought the room up to the 21st century with the latest styles.

The shades of blues, reds, and burnt orange from the front parlor move seamlessly into the back parlor of this house.
