Beautiful kitchen remodel done in 1980's center hall colonial home. Stained cherry cabinets on the perimeter with painted maple island. Cambria quartz on perimeter and island. All new sheet rock, ceiling, lighting, and flooring along with the cabinets and counter tops. A beautiful job and a very happy homeowner!

The home was a very outdated Southwest style with Aztec architectural elements, and it was time for a transformation to the beautiful modern style you see now. We ripped out all the flooring throughout, squared off and removed a lot of the Aztec styled elements in the home, redesigned the fireplace and opened up the kitchen. In the kitchen, we opened up a wall that made the kitchen feel very closed in, allowing us room to make a more linear and open kitchen. Opening up the kitchen and its new layout allowed us to create a large accent island that is truly a statement piece. Our clients hand selected every finish you see, including the rare quartzite that has beautiful pops of purple and waterfall edges. To create some contrast, the island has a pretty neutral taupe acrylic cabinetry and the perimeter has textured laminate cabinets with a fun white geometric backsplash. Our clients use their TV in their kitchen, so we created a custom built in just for their TV on the backwall. For the fireplace to now match the homes new style, we reshaped it to have sleek lines and had custom metal pieces acid washed for the center with stacked stone on the sides for texture. Enjoy!

Hunt's Kitchen Design
Raised panel, stained wood cabinets with a contrasting painted cream island set the Traditional tone for this expansive kitchen project. The counter tops are a combination of polished earth tone granite in the kitchen and prep island, and matte finished quartzite for the serving island. The floors are engineered wood that transitions into travertine. And we also used a combination of travertine and a custom tile pattern for the backsplash and trim around the hood. Enjoy!

The island in this kitchen is comprised of Silestone, which is an engineered quartz. It is a combination of quartz as well as resins and pigments. In addition to being beautiful, this type of material is extremely durable and low-maintenance.
Baker + Hesseldenz Design, Inc.
A major kitchen remodel to a spectacular mid-century residence in the Tucson foothills. Project scope included demo of the north facing walls and the roof. The roof was raised and picture windows were added to take advantage of the fantastic view. New terrazzo floors were poured in the renovated kitchen to match the existing floor throughout the home. Custom millwork was created by local craftsmen.

Everything Home
Our studio transformed this Zionsville kitchen into a luxurious 21st-century space with modern finishes including a stylish bronze-tiled backsplash. Light beige walls provide an airy vibe, while darker wood cabinet fronts create a dramatic contrast against their white frames. The stunning marble-patterned countertops create a luxurious aura, while terracotta-colored chairs around a beautiful breakfast table provide a pop of cheerfulness.
