Metropolis Drafting and Construction IncGray tones playfulness a kid’s bathroom in Oak Park.
This bath was design with kids in mind but still to have the aesthetic lure of a beautiful guest bathroom.
The flooring is made out of gray and white hexagon tiles with different textures to it, creating a playful puzzle of colors and creating a perfect anti slippery surface for kids to use.
The walls tiles are 3x6 gray subway tile with glossy finish for an easy to clean surface and to sparkle with the ceiling lighting layout.
A semi-modern vanity design brings all the colors together with darker gray color and quartz countertop.
In conclusion a bathroom for everyone to enjoy and admire.
Fautt HomesGreat kids bath with dual vanities. The sinks have ledges on them which is nice for leaving the toothbrush. The cabinet enjoys glass hardware and a custom paint finish.
Remodel Works Bath & KitchenThis hall bathroom remodel features Starmark Cabinetry in their Hudson white maple door with a nickel glaze and Richelieu pulls. The chrome fixtures are from the Moen Voss Series. The countertop is a Caesarstone counter in concrete with undermount Kohler vertical white sinks. The bathtub is a Swan veritek white right hand bathtub. This shower area has a 12X24 NIche and the decorative accent is a Bedrosians glass mosaic linear in the Eclipse series in Eternity.
Style Within LimitedShaped floor tiling to central drain in this wet room. The slope geometry of the recessed tray meant that each tile's cut edges needed to be honed after cutting to get the grout lines parallel. This took some time but the end result was worth it.
Dan Davis DesignThis was a renovation to a historic Wallace Frost home in Birmingham, MI. We salvaged the existing bathroom tiles and repurposed them into tow of the bathrooms. We also had matching tiles made to help complete the finished design when necessary. A vintage sink was also sourced.
York House DesignsWe combined brushed black fitting along with marble and concrete tiles and a wooden vanity to create gentle industrial hints in this family bathroom.
There is heaps of storage for all the family to use and the feature lighting make it a welcoming space at all times of day, There is even a jacuzzi bath and TV for those luxurious weekend evening staying home.
L/L Design - Build - FurnishSometimes the cost of painting an existing vanity vs. a new vanity isn't only the cost of the labor, fixing the old doors, the inside shelves were in poor condition, and the overall space the vanity provided was sub par...so we did replace the vanity and they have so much more functioning space. We did however paint the linen cabinet and the adjoining wall, and it really makes it look built it. I think this transformation is a home run!!!
