12/12 Architects & PlannersThis 1960s brick ranch had several additions over the decades, but never a master bedroom., so we added an appropriately-sized suite off the back of the house, to match the style and character of previous additions.
The existing bedroom was remodeled to include new his-and-hers closets on one side, and the master bath on the other. The addition itself allowed for cathedral ceilings in the new bedroom area, with plenty of windows overlooking their beautiful back yard. The bath includes a large glass-enclosed shower, semi-private toilet area and a double sink vanity.

Qualita Property ServicesThis bathroom was dramatically transformed and it looks stunning! Our client asked for neutral colours like grey and white on the walls and floors. We used a 24x24 grey tile on the floors for easy maintenance. Our client wanted to play safe by using a subway tile on the shower walls. When it comes to subway tiles the choices are endless. We proposed a subway tile with a colour variation of white and grey. To bring some warm to this project we designed and custom made a wood vanity. The metal finishes mix of chrome and black brings contrast and intesret. Black mirror, light fixture and pulls. Chrome plumbing fixtures.

TATCOR Building & RemodelingGorgeous treated pieces of wood were used for the unique double vanity set-up. Stand-alone sink bowls were added to the top counter top with a separated faucets. A black-tiled backsplash was added just high enough to frame the bowls so they stand out. Double mirrors with hanging shelves were placed above both sinks with their own wall-mounted light. Next to the vanity is a built-in floor to ceiling open shelving, making it the ideal place to store all of your bathroom essentials.
