DCI Home ImprovementsOnce again the team at DCI Home Improvements has gone above and beyond and presented to our clients one of the most amazing bathrooms that we have completed to date. Our clients came to us actually pre-Covid in 2019 to start working on this project. The design went through many different stages over the next few years but the design that we finished on was the perfect fit for the space. The features of this bathroom include: Large format 24” x 48” shower wall tiles. River rock shower floor tiles. Dual shower heads on both ends of the shower with dual handhelds. Dual 12” x 21” shower wall niches. Custom glass shower enclosure. Custom euro style of cabinetry. Quartz countertops. Smooth side toilet. LED ceiling lighting. 52” ceiling fan. Large format floor tile. And a hidden attic access (hidden so well you can’t see it in the photos). All finish items were provided by Pro Source of Port Richey for this project. Plumbing was provided by County Wide Plumbing of Holiday. Electrical was provided by Palm Harbor Electric. Drywall finishing was provided by Mid-State Drywall or Dade City. This is a great example of what can be accomplished in a primary bathroom that has an abundance of space.

Breathe Design StudioCompleted in 2017, this single family home features matte black & brass finishes with hexagon motifs. We selected light oak floors to highlight the natural light throughout the modern home designed by architect Ryan Rodenberg. Joseph Builders were drawn to blue tones so we incorporated it through the navy wallpaper and tile accents to create continuity throughout the home, while also giving this pre-specified home a distinct identity.

MainStreet Design BuildBuilding a small 6′ x 20′ two-story addition on this 1960 Bloomfield Hills home created room for a gorgeous new master bathroom.
On the second floor, the addition made it possible to expand and re-design the master bath and bedroom. The new bedroom now has an entry foyer and large living space, complete with crown molding and a very large private bath. The new luxurious master bathroom invites room for two at the elongated custom inset furniture vanity by Omega complete with marble countertops. Unique framed mirrors and individual sconces light up each space for separate grooming. The freestanding tub is surrounded by built-in’s with a beautiful Crystorama chandelier above that creates soft ambient lighting for bathing. A separate room with frosted French glass pocket doors hide the toilet and oversized steam shower made for two. Right outside the new shower, warm towels hang on a large wall mounted towel warmer.
By simply adjusting the existing space and adding a small addition, MainStreet Design Build gave these homeowners the bathroom (and bedroom) they had been dreaming about.

CBI Design Professionals, Inc.The owner wanted a more sophisticated, transitionally styled space with a better functional lay-out then the previous space provided. The bathroom space was part of an entire Master Suite renovation that was gutted down to the studs and rebuilt piece by piece. The plumbing was all rearranged to allow for a separate toilet rooms, a freestanding soaking bathtub as well as separate vanities for ‘His’ and ‘Her’ and a large, shared steam shower. New windows fill the entire wall around the bathtub providing an abundance of natural daylight while hidden LED lights accent the mirrors when desired. Marble subway tile was chosen for the walls along with complementary, large marble floor tiles for a classic and timeless look. Custom vanities were designed with function in mind providing the homeowner various storage zones, some even hidden behind the vanity mirrors! The shared steam shower has marble walls, ceiling and floor and is accented by marble mosaic tiles. A marble bench seat and brackets, milled out of slab material to match the bathroom counters, provide the homeowners a place to relax when utilizing the steam function. His and Her shower heads and controls finish out the space.
