Using flatter pebbles in the shower and niche ties the shower to the tub area. The homeowner needs to use the grab bar when using the shower. The longer grab bar also serves as a handheld holder.

The expanded public space holds a generous kitchen, dining area and living space. A partition provides privacy for the entry. The re-arranged master suite has a generous walk in closet, bath with soaking tub and double vanity as well as a generous open feeling stall shower. There is a new laundry closet inside and a generous kids bath with seated area for doing hair.

The graphic punch of this groovy tile carries into the soap niche, elevating a simple tub surround into a eye popping centerpiece of the guest bath. Design by Kristyn Bester. Photos by Photo Art Portraits

This amazing condo remodel features everything from new Benjamin Moore paint to new hardwood floors and most things in between. The kitchen and guest bathroom both received a whole new facelift. In the kitchen the light blue gray flat panel cabinets bring a pop of color that meshes perfectly with the white backsplash and countertops. Gold fixtures and hardware are sprinkled about for the best amount of sparkle. With a new textured vanity and new tiles the guest bathroom is a dream. Porcelain floor tiles and ceramic wall tiles line this bathroom in a beautiful monochromatic color. A new gray vanity with double under-mount sinks was added to the master bathroom as well. All coming together to make this condo look amazing.

This is a “pull and replace” powder room remodel meaning that while the layout remained essentially the same, components were pulled out and replaced with higher quality items, such as the cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures.

Well, it's finally completed and the final photo shoot is done. ⠀
It's such an amazing feeling when our clients are ecstatic with the final outcome. What started out as an unfinished, rough-in only room has turned into an amazing "spa-throom" and boutique hotel ensuite bathroom.⠀

We are over-the-moon proud to be able to give our clients a new space, for many generations to come. ⠀
*PS, the entire family will be at home for the weekend to enjoy it too...⠀

Mid century modern bathroom design. Mixing warm wood tones with a lot of white subway tile. We contrasted the subway tile by using black grout. This vanity is "floating" it has no legs and is actually mounted to the wall. Cambria in Brittanica Gold was the perfect choice for this vanity top. We love the movement it provides as well as the warm color. The tub was selected by the home owner, we referred to it as the "egg tub" as it reminded us of a hard boiled egg cut in half. Delta plumbing fixtures were used throughout. We added a lot of plants for a lively feel and to contrast against all of the white.
Ambiance
This 1940's era bathroom was remodeled and updated. Gas wall heater was removed. New custom floating cabinets replaced the old cabinets. All electrical and plumbing was updated, including Electric Mirror lighted mirrors for the best grooming light. An overhanging lavatory allows for a narrower cabinet in a small space. Linear limestone tiles add a touch of luxury as does the green and copper graphic wallcovering and glass tile accents.
