There's more to a job than it's 'cost'. It's speaking to a real person on the telephone, and a friendly one at that. It's getting an appointment, and it being kept. It's an engineer taking the time to talk you through the process, and staying till you understand it. It's being there for you, even weeks after the job is finished to answer any queries.
