H2O Designs
We build our ponds to work with mother nature, not against her. By doing so, we have less pond maintenance, allowing us to enjoy the benefits of the pond instead of having to work on the pond. By constructing your water feature to perform as an ecosystem, nature is at the heart of the water cycle, not man. As a result, the root systems of pond plants filter the water, natural bacteria breaks down organic matter and pond fish eat the algae. No chemicals or other devices, just nature, doing what nature does best.

The waterfall feature flows down the hillside to pool at the base of the hill. Powdercoated hogwire panels host climbing vines will eventually screen the underside of the front porch.
Poseidon Ponds & Landscaping
In this backyard is also a large water feature that includes a large koi pond, with a water fall and a wetland filtration system. New additions have been a stacked urn to the wetland area.
Accent Landscapes
All natural stone water features we build are built to fit into the landscape and topography. Depending on how much elevation there is to work with in your yard we can create cascading creeks, waterfalls and pools. We are often able to create some elevation through the use of berms and retaining, making this a possibility even in relatively flat areas.
California Waterscapes
This unique project was for a very large front yard. The homeowner wanted a pond and stream that her kids and dogs could interact with as well as bring the large lawn to life.
They were also very concerned with water consumption, as her front yard was entirely lawn before. We assured her that ponds use 50% less water than lawns and traditional landscaping. The home owners couldn't be happier with our work and even allow us to show off their garden in our yearly Pond Tour!
