Southview DesignWith the fiberglass swimming pool in place, the homeowners opted for a stamped concrete pool deck and patio with a dark gray border to help define the space. Four Pentair magic bowl fountains add aesthetic appeal and calming sounds to the atmosphere. The pergola roof has automated louvers that open and close for more sun or shade. Beyond the pergola, there is plenty of green space for the kids to run around.
Bremner Pool & SpaWe removed the existing concrete deck and replaced it with a platinum grey stamped concrete deck and a concrete cantilever coping over the pool. The vinyl lining inside the pool is an all Blue Diffusion pattern. A 6' grey granite acrylic step with a stainless steel spruce handrail was also installed.
Betz Pools LimitedThis new estate home has rolling terrain that drops off sharply towards the back and right side. So, to create a multi-featured backyard, Betz designed a series of terraces on five descending levels starting at the main floor covered loggia and ending at the basement walkout.
