Moss Yaw Design studiovaulted ceilings create a sense of volume while providing views and outdoor access at the open family living area
G.B. Construction and Development, Inc.This family expanded their living space with a new family room extension with a large bathroom and a laundry room. The new roomy family room has reclaimed beams on the ceiling, porcelain wood look flooring and a wood burning fireplace with a stone facade going straight up the cathedral ceiling. The fireplace hearth is raised with the TV mounted over the reclaimed wood mantle. The new bathroom is larger than the existing was with light and airy porcelain tile that looks like marble without the maintenance hassle. The unique stall shower and platform tub combination is separated from the rest of the bathroom by a clear glass shower door and partition. The trough drain located near the tub platform keep the water from flowing past the curbless entry. Complimenting the light and airy feel of the new bathroom is a white vanity with a light gray quartz top and light gray paint on the walls. To complete this new addition to the home we added a laundry room complete with plenty of additional storage and stackable washer and dryer.
Griffin Engineering LLCInstallation of a gas fireplace in a family room: This design is painted tumbled brick with solid red oak mantle. The owner wanted shiplap to extend upward from the mantle and tie into the ceiling. The stack was designed to carry up through the roof to provide proper ventilation in a coastal environment. The Household WIFI/Sonos/Surround sound system is integrated behind the TV.
Roeder Design AustinThe second floor window seat allow a "treehouse" feel and provides light to the vaulted family room. An adjacent guest bedroom adds to the function of the space.

Triple Dot Design Studio Our west 8th Condo was all about making the closed condo into an open concept living space that takes advantage of the amazing daylight the unit enjoys. We brought in European touches through the herringbone floor, detailed finishing carpentry, and beautiful hardware on the doors and cabinets. Every square inch in this kitchen was utilized to maximize the storage for the homeowner.

To the front of the home is a convenient dining room the ceiling is accented by a decorative beam detail. Stylish hardwood flooring extends to the main living areas. The kitchen opens to the breakfast area and includes quartz countertops with tile backsplash, crown molding, and attractive cabinetry. The great room includes a cozy 2 story gas fireplace featuring stone surround and box beam mantel. The sunny great room also provides sliding glass door access to the screened in deck. The owner’s suite with elegant tray ceiling includes a private bathroom with double bowl vanity, 5’ tile shower, and oversized closet.
The Highpoint HouseAll this classic home needed was some new life and love poured into it. The client's had a very modern style and were drawn to Restoration Hardware inspirations. The palette we stuck to in this space incorporated easy neutrals, mixtures of brass, and black accents. We freshened up the original hardwood flooring throughout with a natural matte stain, added wainscoting to enhance the integrity of the home, and brightened the space with white paint making the rooms feel more expansive than reality.
