These tall towering mud room cabinets open up this space to appear larger than it is. The rustic looking brick stone flooring makes this space. The built in bench area makes a nice sweet spot to take off your rainy boots or yard shoes. The tall cabinets allows for great storage.
Craftsmanship By John
A laundry room was created by reconfiguring a service area off of the media room. The space was reframed to hold to large washer and 2 large dryers, incorporated floor drains, custom cabinetry and white marble countertops with full sink.

We feel a waterfall of emotion when we enter this monochromatic kitchen. The focus of this remodel was to update the clean lines and maintain the modern style. This was accomplished through the use of a bright white shaker style cabinet with a contemporary 2 step style and built-in appliances. The client expressed that organization and functionality of their cabinet interiors was a priority for them so we incorporated utensil, drawer and corner storage solutions that transfer their items with the slightest pull. A waterfall edge on the peninsula counter top shows off the beautiful marble stone and creates a feature unique to this kitchen.
Please note that phase I, the kitchen, was completed while Kay was employed by Redstone Kitchens. She served as the project manager and oversaw all aspects of kitchen design planning, cabinetry procurement, and material/fixture selection. Photos by Barrett Woodward of Showcase Photographers

This home was built by the client in 2000. Mom decided it's time for an elegant and functional update since the kids are now teens, with the eldest in college. The marble flooring is throughout all of the home so that was the palette that needed to coordinate with all the new materials and furnishings.
It's always fun when a client wants to make their laundry room a special place. The homeowner wanted a laundry room as beautiful as her kitchen with lots of folding counter space. We also included a kitty cutout for the litter box to both conceal it and keep out the pups. There is also a pull out trash, plenty of organized storage space, a hidden clothes rod and a charming farm sink. Glass tile was placed on the backsplash above the marble tops for added glamor.
The cabinetry is painted Gauntlet Gray by Sherwin Williams.
