This is a final project installation picture of the landscape renovation project. This picture shows the detail of the stamped concrete driveway with paver accent border. This project entailed demo of the koi pond, driveway, and walkways. The project scope included replacing removed concrete with pavers for a new patio area. We also incorporated a paver walkway that tied into the patio. The koi pond was completely redone with weathered limestone, and finally the driveway asphalt was replaced with stamped concrete with paver accent bordering the outside edges

Stepping stones take you on a journey to the front door of this property in Essendon. This garden is west-facing aspect and gets very hot, two bubbling rocks, which are adjustable assist in calling the space. This one-story post-and-beam constructed home features rustic wood accents throughout, two kitchen islands, an elevator, a fireplace in the bedroom, a walk-out basement the includes a large game room, office, family living area, and more. Out back are expansive multiple decks, a screened porch, and a full outdoor kitchen with fireplace on the lower level. Plenty of parking, with both an attached, 3-car garage and a separate 2-car garage with additional carport. The clients wanted to keep the mountain feel, and had us install a large water feature in front, opposite the front entry.
