A repeat client, wonderful to work with called us back to renovate his two guest bathrooms. 1. Converted a tub shower into a custom stand-up with tiles, bench and niches. 2. Replaced the tub and custom installed new tile walls, floors, vanity and paint.

The Hall bath is the next beautiful stop, a custom-made vanity, finished in Cedar Path, accented with champagne bronze fixtures. This bathroom is an awe-inspiring green oasis, with stunning gold embedded medicine cabinets, and Glazed Porcelain tile in Dark Gray Hexagon to finish off on the floor.

This family bath increased a foot by taking some space from an adjacent linen closet., allowing for larger tub and some floor tiles which added interest to the space.

This contemporary kid's bathroom features a white oak custom vanity and black accents. A unique mosaic penny tile design in the flooring and in the shower ties in all of the black accents. The natural light comes in from a skylight located above the vanity.

Another referral from one of our favorite clients! The clients wanted to update their teenage son's bathroom which had a few wear and tear issues. There was talk to paint or replace cabinetry as the client had a vision and the current stain seemed to be in the way of that. They also wanted to be cost-effective, so we designed around the existing stained cabinetry. Tschida Construction helped with the execution and helped with some creative behind-the-scenes problems that popped up. Having a design-build team that works together is so important and Nick and his team are awesome. Photographer- Height Advantages

This single family home had been recently flipped with builder-grade materials. We touched each and every room of the house to give it a custom designer touch, thoughtfully marrying our soft minimalist design aesthetic with the graphic designer homeowner’s own design sensibilities. One of the most notable transformations in the home was opening up the galley kitchen to create an open concept great room with large skylight to give the illusion of a larger communal space.

The floating vanity runs wall to wall to maximise the bench space in this family bathroom. Tap fittings, towel rails, and shower head etc, are all matching matt black finish.

This original 1960s bathroom needed a complete overhaul. The original pink floor and vanity tile as well as the pink ceramic bathtub were all removed and replaced with a clean, timeless look. A majority of the wall space was retiled with classic white subway tile while the floor was redone with a beautiful black and white geometric tile. Black faucets and vessel sinks add a modern touch with the completed look being a combination of modern finishes and traditional touches.
