We LOVE this bathroom! It takes a whole new look at what can be done with a traditional bathroom space. We used a ceiling mounted circular shower rod in order to incorporate a freestanding tub where a traditional tub deck used to be. The trough sink with wall mounted faucets add a beautiful detail to this stunning space. A quick note that this show-stopping tile floor was one of the least expensive tiles we've ever installed. Beauty doesn't have to cost a fortune.

the main bathroom was to be a timeless, elegant sanctuary, to create a sense of peace within a busy home. We chose a neutrality and understated colour palette which evokes a feeling a calm, and allows the brushed brass fittings and free standing bath to become the focus.

The client brief was to increase the size of their existing bathroom which was an internal room lit only with artificial light. The existing study and bathroom were combined to provide a generously proportion bathroom. The new bathroom is finished in a clean monochrome palette of white and grey tones. The bath area is clearly defined by the inclusion of a step up, to demarcate the bathing area which is flooded with natural light from the adjacent window Photos taken by Radu Palicia, London based photographer
