This large residence for a young family of four is located in the suburbs of Northern Virginia on a forty-five acre site. Though large in scale, the house’s interior creates an intimate environment that reflects the personality and lifestyle of the family. The use of local stone, cedar siding, and stucco on the exterior of the house allows for the natural integration of the house and its wooded surroundings.

Glass Gates - Glass Doors - Dream Catcher Glass gates by Sans Soucie will create a grand entrance! Available any shape or size .. as frameless, all glass gates or glass inserts installed into a metal frame made by others, Sans Soucie creates sandblast frosted, etched and carved designs for gate glass, in any privacy level needed, as well as selling machine textured glass. Metal gate frames can be purchased through Sans Soucie, as we work with a number of custom metal fabricators. Sans Soucie designs are sandblasted different ways, creating different effects for different levels of privacy and price. The "same design, done different" creates the privacy you need in a wide range of price, that will vary by design complexity and type of effect.

This is a classic coming of age story that is being staged, day after day, on the lake shores of northern Minnesota. Most existing lake cabins are in violation of new lakeshore setbacks, which allow improvement but no expansion, and demand removal of the old to build the new. This is an attempt to channel the old to create the new. eric odor

This semi-detached home underwent years of renovations but was still in desperate need of an update. My clients, a professional couple originally from San Francisco with a one year old, were interested in redesigning and redecorating the entire first floor. Equally not afraid of colour, we were a good fit from the start and worked well together creating a family friendly home also suitable for entertaining, something the couple does often. The scope included paint colour selection for the entire house, floor plans, custom furniture design, furniture & accessory sourcing, new blinds, a gallery wall and styling throughout. Favourite pieces include the silk area rug that defines the large living room, custom art, furniture and lighting (all by Toronto designers) as well as colourful pieces from CB2. The use of so many bold, bright colours in this large home was a fun challenge to envision and create.
