Now for the ultimate GIRL BOSS home office and reading room. My super cool client wanted to create an edgy home working environment (complete with dedicated Zoom background) that she not only a worked in, but a room that was hers to read in, exercise in and feel inspired by… and we also have another #chairgoals moment in this room too! ??Designed and Furniture Sourced by @plucked_interiors

I worked with my client to create a home that looked and functioned beautifully whilst minimising the impact on the environment. We reused furniture where possible, sourced antiques and used sustainable products where possible, ensuring we combined deliveries and used UK based companies where possible. The result is a unique family home.
An informal seating area around the fireplace with custom joinery created to display family treasures and keepsakes whilst hiding family essentials in the cupboards beneath.
Beautiful antique rugs and furniture make this home really special but not so precious that the dog and young children aren't welcome.

We converted the mudroom into a home office fit for a boss lady. Her office was voted the best home office in the peak of work from home days during the Corona virus lockdown days. We started with finding this beautiful whimsical wallpaper with blues and pinks. The perfectly matching floating shelves make the wallpaper stand out even more.

This office is modern and cultural at the same time. The shelving and mantel are used to exhibit items from their travels. The tile around the fireplace brings a sense of deco to the room along with the desk and guest bench.
