The owner of this 5,200 square foot home located in Sparta, New Jersey was looking to do something a little bit different. He was looking to flair all the roof lines and create a solid feeling structure. The core of the house is completely open two stories with just the stairway interrupting the openness. The first floor is very open with the kitchen completely open to a beautiful sitting area with a fireplace and to an oversized breakfast area which flows directly into the two story high family room which is topped off with arch top windows. Off to the side of the house projects a Conservatory that brings in the morning sun. The upstairs has an spacious Master Bedroom Suite that features a Master Den with a two sided fireplace.

Wattlebird Eco
Wattlebird Eco was commissioned to style and plantscape this classic queenslander to bring together our clients exisiting artwork and furnishings in a more considered scheme. Existing plants were augmented through the addition of larger specimens as well as wall-mounted staghorns and hanging baskets. Foraged bouquets of neighbourhood flowers feature in the entry way as a reminder of the days travels.

Wolfe Interior Design
Having purchased a two-level bungalow in Mt Eden, Auckland, our clients were seeking a refresh of a refresh! While the home had recently undergone a revitalisation, it didn’t quite match the vision of its new occupants. Our clients have an eclectic, collected style and were keen to make the furniture and soft furnishings reflect their unique story.
As repeat clients, we were accustomed to their design style and worked collaboratively to transform the spaces. Applying a well-considered mix of modern, with a little bit of eccentricity, we incorporated sentimental pieces gathered over the years, into the overall project.
Now complete, the home echoes its owners; decadent on charm, personality and surprise features.
