The American living space is endlessly self-reflexive and paradoxical. Seriously playful. Carefully disorganized. It is steeped in the traditions of classic Americana while embracing a modern eclectic sensibility.
Tresham™ vanities, toilets, sinks and shower receptors bring this playful eccentricity, this eclectic elegance to the American bathroom.

The homeowners requested more and better storage for their remodeled bathroom, and they got it! Two pull-out base pantries and three wall cabinets make all of their personal-care products accessible. The original shower was transformed into a linen closet, and a custom storage cabinet was added above the toilet, for backup tissue and miscellaneous storage. The wall finish is a metallic bronze with a custom stylized waterfall mural.

We added a pattern tile to the floor for a little interest but kept the rest of the finishes simple with off whites and deep blues that harmonize nicely in the space.

This luxurious master en-suite bathroom design is directly influenced by Frank Lloyd Wright’s ‘Falling Water’ residence. The Douglas Fir tray ceiling, along with the grooming counter and its falling transition to the bench seat, are inspired by the flow of cascading water.
