Swanson HomesThe owners’ suite bathroom has so many of today’s desired amenities from a dramatic freestanding tub and large shower to separate vanities. The “Ella” Cambria countertops with a waterfall edge separate the white oak cabinetry and go perfectly with the luxurious marble flooring.
A Design Art & HouseSometimes it is fun to just update a space and make it "yours". A basement bathroom that was OK, at first glance it is fine...but after the renovation this bathroom is un-recognizable....take a look.
All the plumbing and light fixtures are matte black to create a graphic contrast with the creamy white walls.

Die Böden wurden mit einer neuen Blähtonschüttung gedämmt und als oberer Abschluss ESB-Platten verlegt.
Anschliessend wurde ein Parkett verlegt.
Der Ausbau erfolgte mit einer GK-Verkleidung,
die Dachschrägen und die Wände wurden in Weiß- und Grüntönen gespachtelt.
In den Kniestock wurden weisse Schränke eingebaut.
