West Rose DesignFrom disco days to modern day, this 1970’s home gets a contemporary facelift.
A contemporary and welcoming kitchen opens into a great room offering plenty of work zones (coffee bar, beverage bar, window seating & storage). Designed with pieces to withstand two growing boys as well as highlight personal heirlooms passed down for centuries. A neutral palette layered with nubby fabrics and textures.
Other highlights include a new bathroom/ laundry room. And a workhorse hallway housing a desk area for future school studies and a hidden guest room.
Derrick ArchitectureThis lounge centers on the fireplace as you enter the room. Niches flank the fireplace and ceiling coffers bring order to this space. Spacious window s bring light into the space while the antique glass at the wetbar brings a touch of sphistication
Amanda V InteriorsThis beach house was taken down to the studs! Walls were taken down and the ceiling was taken up to the highest point it could be taken to for an expansive feeling without having to add square footage. Floors were totally renovated using an engineered hardwood light plank material, durable for sand, sun and water. The bathrooms were fully renovated and a stall shower was added to the 2nd bathroom. A pocket door allowed for space to be freed up to add a washer and dryer to the main floor. The kitchen was extended by closing up the stairs leading down to a crawl space basement (access remained outside) for an expansive kitchen with a huge kitchen island for entertaining. Light finishes and colorful blue furnishings and artwork made this space pop but versatile for the decor that was chosen. This beach house was a true dream come true and shows the absolute potential a space can have.
archer designCentral to the success of this project is the seamless link between interior and exterior zones. The external zones free-flow off the interior to create a sophisticated yet secluded space to lounge, entertain and dine.
The Clever ContractorsThe scope of works required to complete this renovation project involved stripping out, structural repairs, complete mechanical and electrical upgrades, carpentry and flooring before the introduction of new decorations and fittings.
The property now boasts a range of modern upgrades whilst retaining and revealing its original features. ?✨?

Catherine Wilman InteriorsThe flat was stripped back to the bare bones; we removed the old flooring and installed full soundproofing throughout the apartment. I then laid a dark Wenge parquet flooring and kept the walls in a light off-white paint to keep the apartment light and airy.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I decided to retain the original mouldings on the walls and paint the areas (walls, moulding and covings) in the same off-white colour.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This apartment has a timeless elegance and remains one of my favourite projects to date.

Listed Grade II, this duplex apartment had the benefit of the original grand drawing room at first floor and extended to a 1980's double storey extension at the rear of the property.
The combination of the original and 20th C. alterations permitted the restoration and enhancement of the historic fabric of the original rooms in parallel with a contemporary refurbishment for the 1980’s extension.
