UserElegance and timeless design with muted tones were the client’s brief for this pair of guest bathrooms. Set within the top floor guest apartment of this stunning period property overlooking the suspension bridge in Clifton, the bathrooms needed to fit within the period features whilst still offering a feeling of space and luxury. A family bathroom caters to three of the guest bedrooms with a feature free-standing bath taking centre stage in this calming space. Next door the ensuite bathroom completes a private guest suite. Symmetrical design brings flow whilst built in storage and vanity unit allow guests to make themselves completely at home.
Simpson & VoyleThis beautiful principle suite is like a beautiful retreat from the world. Created to exaggerate a sense of calm and beauty. The tiles look like wood to give a sense of warmth, with the added detail of brass finishes. the bespoke vanity unity made from marble is the height of glamour. The large scale mirrored cabinets, open the space and reflect the light from the original victorian windows, with a view onto the pink blossom outside.
DHV ArchitectsDHV Architects have designed the new second floor at this large detached house in Henleaze, Bristol. The brief was to fit a generous master bedroom and a high end bathroom into the loft space. Crittall style glazing combined with mono chromatic colours create a sleek contemporary feel. A large rear dormer with an oversized window make the bedroom light and airy.

Five SextillionThe brief was to create a Classic Contemporary Ensuite and Principle bedroom which would be home to a number of Antique furniture items, a traditional fireplace and Classical artwork.
We created key zones within the bathroom to make sufficient use of the large space; providing a large walk-in wet-floor shower, a concealed WC area, a free-standing bath as the central focus in symmetry with his and hers free-standing basins.
We ensured a more than adequate level of storage through the vanity unit, 2 bespoke cabinets next to the window and above the toilet cistern as well as plenty of ledge spaces to rest decorative objects and bottles.
We provided a number of task, accent and ambient lighting solutions whilst also ensuring the natural lighting reaches as much of the room as possible through our design.
Our installation detailing was delivered to a very high level to compliment the level of product and design requirements.
Absolute Project ManagementEfficient use of the space has been ensured during the design phase for an ergonomic use. New white bathroom units are shining in the area, allowing a clean and smart look. The overflow of the floor tiles to the side of the bathtub looks refreshing. Chrome Samuel Heath tap-ware has added a beautiful touch to the space fitting beautifully with the white units. We were able to create a bathroom space which include warm colors( wood shelves, wall color, floor tile) and crisp clean finishes ( vanity, quartz, textural wall tile). There were 2 benches included for seating in and out of large shower enclosure.
