Tucked away in the North Beach ocean district of Delray Beach, this unique custom home features the pool and deck in the front of the home. Upon entrance to the authentic Chicago Brick paved driveway, you will notice no garage present, nor an entry door. In replacement, louvered gates and shutters with white framed french doors wrap the exterior of the home. With the focus of the home on beautiful outdoor living spaces, including a large covered loggia, second floor balconies, and gorgeous landscape, this South Florida beach house encompasses a relaxing retreat sensation. Interior features such as drift wood floors, painted mosaics, custom handmade Mexican tiles, and vintage inspired interior doors bring tradition alive. Robert Stevens Photography

Our clients wanted an outdoor living space where they can entertain guests
while giving them some privacy from the neighbors. The end result? We installed stainless steel cabinetry with a new bbq and sink area with storage to house utensils and other outdoor area equipment. We custom designed a gas fire-pit for those cool nights, and added a surrounding trellis to create a private living space.

Belhaven is a new "walkable" village of charming beach houses located on the Oregon Coast. Its architecture is a simple, straightforward vernacular...using traditional elements and proportions to inspire beauty and compliment the natural habitat...photography by Duncan McRoberts.

In this beautiful backyard we enhanced the area around the pool for the owners to be able to fully enjoy their space. There is a roomy outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, grill, sink, storage, and a fireplace. There is a pergola to diffuse the sunlight and beautiful granite countertops. We added handmade signage and a table custom built for the space. Ceiling fans cool the area and the lighting creates a great ambiance in the evening hours. Ipe wood is the material chosen for the deck to last in the outdoor environment. All is surrounded with lush landscaping.

This unique beachside location in Miramar is steps to the beach. When the weather is nice, there is nothing like Northern California for being outdoors. When the fog comes in, no problem! Between the hot tub, the outdoor fireplace and patio heaters, everyone remains cozy!
