J Hill Interiors
The Plaza Condominiums pursued J Hill Interior Designs to find a solution for a challenging lobby situation. The demographic of this condominium complex is very diverse, as was the design style of its HOA members. Moreover, there was existing furniture that needed to be incorporated into the design, all with budgets, and different design desires to keep in mind. The end product was fantastic with much great feedback. This open and airy living/dining/kitchen space make entertaining a breeze! The travertine floors bring warmth to the large space, and effectively balance the large, beamed cathedral ceiling. The custom built-in entrainment cabinet provides the homeowners with hidden media storage and tall display shelving.
Pineapple House Interior Design
Pineapple House produced a modern but charming interior wall pattern using horizontal planks with ¼” reveal in this home on the Intra Coastal Waterway. Designers incorporated energy efficient down lights and 1’” slotted linear air diffusers in new coffered and beamed wood ceilings. The designers use windows and doors that can remain open to circulate fresh air when the climate permits.

When a millennial couple relocated to South Florida, they brought their California Coastal style with them and we created a warm and inviting retreat for entertaining, working from home, cooking, exercising and just enjoying life! On a backdrop of clean white walls and window treatments we added carefully curated design elements to create this unique home.

A neutral color palette is visually interesting when mixing in textures and natural materials. The wood stairs compliment the travertine floors on main level. The wood handrail is balanced by the iron posts.

Gallery walls can be tricky but we needed to get the homeowners collection of their travel art. The centerpiece is the rug they purchased in Turkey - framed! Clarified Studios
