Innovative Design Build, IncInnovative Design Build was hired to remodel an existing fireplace in a single family home in Boca Raton, Florida. We were not to change the footprint of the fireplace or to replace the fire box. Our design brought this outdated dark bulky fireplace that looked like it belonged in a log cabin, into 2020 with a modern sleeker design. We replaced the whole surround including the hearth and mantle, as well as painted the side walls. The clients, who prefer a more coastal design, loved the traditional brick pattern for the surround, so we used creamy colors in a multi format design to give it a lot of texture. Then we chose a beautiful porcelain slab that was cut using mitered edges for a seamless look. We then stained a custom mantle to match other wood tones in their home tying it into the surrounding furniture. Finally we painted the walls in a lighter greige tone to compliment the newly remodeled fireplace. This project was finished in under a month, just in time for the clients to enjoy the Christmas holiday.
David L. Smith InteriorsThe loft was created in the previously singe-story cottage to allow extra seating and sleeping quarters. Norwalk Furniture upholstered sleeper sofa, chairs and bench finish this cozy space. The Seasonal Living end table adds a burst of turquoise color while adding a spot to rest a drink or book.
RR RedesignMonrovia residence in old world oranges and greens transformed to light and airy lakeside grays and nautical blues. A fresh and affordable update to worn carpeting is done by layering a soft jute 8x10 rug with an angled cabana striped rug to give a seaside design. A fun rowboat shelf from etsy adds whimsy and functionality to the room. Extra large Pottery Barn blown glass lamps add a nice face lift to the clients existing end tables. Fun accents such as a ball of oyster shells and a striped pom-pom throw bring a fun and relaxed lakeside design.

Pamela Macior, LLCOpen space and ample light abound in this large remodeled beach home. Several rooms were removed to expose the gorgeous views of this lovely home. Wood beams covering the steel structure used to open up this beautiful space. this is the view from the dining room towards the kitchen and family room.
B Designs Interior'sI know I shouldn't do this because we're not done and the drapes haven't even arrived, but I'm spitting into the wind with these dramatic before and after's. Here we've changed the wall paint from a "dull", pale gray to bright Ivory. "Gray's" not for everyone and from the moment Deanna painted it, she told me she immediately regretted it, but didn't have a solution. We then added built in's under the windows that flank the FP. With some help from, "Hippos" we moved the TV over the FP and changed out the carpet, replaced the dreary and tired upholstery with two new and much larger, Beige sofas with cheerful pillows in Deannas favorite color combinations and well, of course those fabulous Roman Shades! We will be adding the drapes (as soon as they arrive) a new coffee table and end/occasional tables. Even so, it's a huge improvement and now such a cheerful space.
