Black Knight GroupThis 1966 contemporary home was completely renovated into a beautiful, functional home with an up-to-date floor plan more fitting for the way families live today. Removing all of the existing kitchen walls created the open concept floor plan. Adding an addition to the back of the house extended the family room. The first floor was also reconfigured to add a mudroom/laundry room and the first floor powder room was transformed into a full bath. A true master suite with spa inspired bath and walk-in closet was made possible by reconfiguring the existing space and adding an addition to the front of the house.
CSG Interior DesignFor a budget minded client, we were abled to create a very uniquely custom boutique looking Powder room.
Haven Design and ConstructionThis sophisticated powder bath creates a "wow moment" for guests when they turn the corner. The large geometric pattern on the wallpaper adds dimension and a tactile beaded texture. The custom black and gold vanity cabinet is the star of the show with its brass inlay around the cabinet doors and matching brass hardware. A lovely black and white marble top graces the vanity and compliments the wallpaper. The custom black and gold mirror and a golden lantern complete the space. Finally, white oak wood floors add a touch of warmth and a hot pink orchid packs a colorful punch.
Rudloff Custom BuildersThe porcelain gray/beige tile from the mudroom continues into the powder room. A blue accent and shiplap reappear in this room too. The blue vanity topped with a white quartz counter adds a splash of color and a modern flare. The shiplap accent wall lends this powder room a farmhouse feel and is a great backdrop for the beautiful elongated sconces and wall faucet.
This farmhouse style home in West Chester is the epitome of warmth and welcoming. We transformed this house’s original dark interior into a light, bright sanctuary. From installing brand new red oak flooring throughout the first floor to adding horizontal shiplap to the ceiling in the family room, we really enjoyed working with the homeowners on every aspect of each room. A special feature is the coffered ceiling in the dining room. We recessed the chandelier directly into the beams, for a clean, seamless look. We maximized the space in the white and chrome galley kitchen by installing a lot of custom storage. The pops of blue throughout the first floor give these room a modern touch.

By Design Interiors, Inc.Powder bath is a mod-inspired blend of old and new. The floating vanity is reminiscent of an old, reclaimed cabinet and bejeweled with gold and black glass hardware. A Carrara marble vessel sink has an organic curved shape, while a spunky black and white hexagon tile is embedded with the mirror. Gold pendants flank the mirror for an added glitz.

Créateurs d'IntérieurLe gros œuvre a fait l’objet d’une écriture contemporaine dans une construction des années 1990, le second œuvre, quant à lui avait été réduit à son expression la plus rudimentaire.
Notre travail a poursuivi quatre objectifs.
Le premier a été de rationaliser les pièces d’eau en empiétant légèrement sur un couloir.
Puis, il nous a fallu user de matériaux qualitatifs associés à une mise en œuvre minutieuse. Cela s’est traduit par le recours à des revêtements de sol et muraux de dimensions moins communes, des matières au toucher soyeux et au rendu mat. La cuisine, réalisée sur mesure, est rationnelle et se décline en deux tons de couleurs. Elle se compose de façades laquées satiné mat, d’un plan de travail en quartz et d’une crédence miroir.
Le troisième volet a consisté à meubler cet appartement en vue d’y apporter couleur, contrastes, reliefs et diversité des matières. Le mobilier est venu contrebalancer l’homogénéité et la neutralité qui avait été recherchée dans l’immobilier.
Enfin, ce logement disposait d’un atout précieux : des jardinières et une petite terrasse. Celles ci ont fait l’objet d’un travail de végétalisation sur mesure couplé à un système d’arrosage automatique.
