Designs by KSWho doesn’t love a fun powder room? We sure do! We wanted to incorporate design elements from the rest of the home using new materials and finishes to transform thiswashroom into the glamourous space that it is. This powder room features a furniturestyle vanity with NaturalCalacatta Corchia Marble countertops, hammered copper sink andstained oak millwork set against a bold and beautiful tile backdrop. But the fun doesn’t stop there, on the floors we used a dark and moody marble like tile to really add that wow factor and tie into the other elements within the space. The stark veining in these tiles pulls white, beige, gold, black and brown together to complete the look in this stunning little powder room.
Sacha Jacq Interiors LLCBy reconfiguring the space we were able to create a powder room which is an asset to any home. Three dimensional chevron mosaic tiles made for a beautiful textured backdrop to the elegant freestanding contemporary vanity. The round brass mirror with it's unique design complimended the other brass elements within the space.
Joni Spear Interior DesignWe utilized the space in this powder room more efficiently by fabricating a driftwood apron- front, floating sink base. The extra counter space gives guests more room room for a purse, when powdering their nose. Chunky crown molding, painted in fresh white balances the architecture.
With no natural light, it was imperative to have plenty of illumination. We chose a small chandelier with a dark weathered zinc finish and driftwood beads and coordinating double light sconce.
A natural rope mirror brings in the additional beach vibe and jute baskets store bathroom essentials and camouflages the plumbing.

4Ever RemodelingWe added small powder room out of foyer space. 1800 sq.ft. whole house remodel. We added powder room and mudroom, opened up the walls to create an open concept kitchen. We added electric fireplace into the living room to create a focal point. Brick wall are original to the house to preserve the mid century modern style of the home. 2 full bathroom were completely remodel with more modern finishes.
