Doheny InteriorsThe ensuite bathroom needed a complete overhaul. The shower space was too small so the toilet was relocated into the eaves to allow for a full walk-in shower. A double vanity unit was installed to complete the space. The calming green was carried through from the master bedroom creating a fabulous new retreat.

Die Mosaike sind aus handgefertigtem Recycling-Glas, und wurden nach individuellem Kundenwunsch farblich im Mix konfiguriert. Diese besonderen Mosaike werden nur in Mexico gefertigt und wurden für dieses Projekt zugeliefert. Der Unterschrank, sowie das Regal wurden aus Olivenholz gefertigt. Das Gegenstück dazu ist die klassische Fliese in Zementoptik 20x20cm, die diagonal verlegt dazu den Ruhepol bildet.
Paul Warren DesignThis was previously a small basement shower which was rarely used. The client wanted a smart cloakroom where their guests could use when they entertaining. The rear was initially tanked due to damp issues then. Mirrors were used to give the illusion of more space and to bounce light around what is a dark space.
Aloha Kitchen, Bath & DesignGlamorous Spa Bath. Dual vanities give both clients their own space with lots of storage. One vanity attaches to the tub with some open display and a little lift up door the tub deck extends into which is a great place to tuck away all the tub supplies and toiletries. On the other side of the tub is a recessed linen cabinet that hides a tv inside on a hinged arm so that when the client soaks for therapy in the tub they can enjoy watching tv. On the other side of the bathroom is the shower and toilet room. The shower is large with a corner seat and hand shower and a soap niche. Little touches like a slab cap on the top of the curb, seat and inside the niche look great but will also help with cleaning by eliminating the grout joints. Extra storage over the toilet is very convenient. But the favorite items of the client are all the sparkles including the beveled mirror pieces at the vanity cabinets, the mother of pearl large chandelier and sconces, the bits of glass and mirror in the countertops and a few crystal knobs and polished nickel touches. Caterina MartiniUn bagno di servizio piccolissimo, ricavato da un ripostiglio, ma dal design curato e accattivante e completo anche di lavanderia (con lavatrice e asciugatrice). Il tutto realizzato grazie all'uso di pompa del tipo Sanitrit, perchè l'ex ripostiglio era troppo lontano dalla colonna di scarico.

納谷建築設計事務所既存の建物は鉄骨３階建てで、１階は駐車スペース２台分のピロティ、２・３階はそれぞれ賃貸住宅と貸していましたが、１階と２階を４人家族のための住宅にするというリノベーションです。
１階は、２台分の駐車スペースの１台分を水周りと子供部屋にしました。
２階は、元々バルコニーだったのを内部化して、外側にポリカーボネートを貼りました。この住宅の前には工場があり内部が丸見えになりいつもカーテンを閉め切った生活でしたが、ポリカーボネートの壁によって内部に光を取り入れながら、真向かいの工場からの視線を気にせず生活ができる様に柔らかくプライバシーを守りました。
２階のプランは、T字型の壁を中央に置き、三分割したスペースにリビング・ダイニングとキッチン、それにメインベットルームを割当てました。
T字の壁の３つのスペースには、それぞれに３種類の仕上げを施しました。
リビング・ダイニングには桐の板、キッチンにはモザイクタイル、そしてメインベットルームにはカーペットです。
