The kitchen is hub of this small Craftsman home, with two islands providing room to prepare and serve casual meals with easy access to the great room and dining room. Built-in bookshelves in the great room and ceiling treatments throughout the home and add custom detail. Walk-in closets in each bedroom and a big utility room provide storage space, and screened and covered porches with skylights take living outdoors.

Facing to the South the gable end contains a 2 story wall of glass that brings in light for the entire home. The windows and doors on this house are Marvin Integrity Wood-Ultrex units with a ebony exterior. The siding used on this house is a poly-fly ash material manufactured by Boral. For the vertical siding a channel groove pattern was chosen and at the entry (green) a ship-lap pattern. The decking is a composite product from Fiberon with a cable rail system at one end. All the products on the exterior were chosen in part because of their low maintenance qualities.

Part of the brief of this house was to revitalise and expand the home to cater for a rapidly growing family and its modern needs.
The result – a six bedroom family home that can once again stand proud and be admired for the next 100 years.

What a transformation with this cute, bungalow in Glen Ellyn! We removed the old aluminum siding and re-sided with a custom color (matching original siding color that was unearthed) LP. Mitered cedar frames each window with a brown stain. For an eclectic twist, we installed multiple colored cedar tongue and groove on the three sides that face the street, which overtime will start to fade and blend more together. New custom yellow garage doors and expansive deck off the back.

Tiny House project by Odyssey Leadership academy. We got to stage the interior before a tour around the OKC metro. The house was auctioned off with the proceeds going to the school.

This is an absolutely stunning home located in Scottsdale, Arizona at the base of Camelback Mountain that we at Stucco Renovations Of Arizona were fortunate enough to install the stucco system on. This home has a One-Coat stucco system with a Dryvit Smooth integral-color synthetic stucco finish. This is one of our all-time favorite projects we have worked on due to the tremendous detail that went in to the house and relentlessly perfect design.
