The client just had the yellow leather chair in this room before, and that is where we took our inspiration. Working with the yellow we added blue, and white to the pallet. This gave the gray sofas, and gray tables we added a much needed pop of color. Throw in lamps and a few art pieces and accessories made this large family room feel ready for a movie. All you need is a television.

We embraced the paneling, as we could not change it, and brought it to life by white washing the fireplace, installing an updated mantel and displayed all of the homeowners beloved collection of various art. The saw blades are hung with mirror clips and we now have a place for all of their painted rocks.

AFTER photo - occupied home staging consultation. Game room lacked interest and furniture was sparse. Cocktail table was moved from another room, where it was being stored, unused. Art was moved from Dining Room, where it was replaced with another piece. Decorative pillows and accessories were added for interest and color. Trunk for toy storage was moved in front of the bay windows from another room, where it was being stored, unused. Buyer's will now be able to visualize family movie nights in this quaint and welcoming Game Room.
