La pièce à vivre donnera sur la terrasse et la piscine. Notre cliente rêve d'une cheminée centrale très moderne que nous avons modélisée afin qu'elle se rende de ce que ça peut donner et de l'aménagement qu'il est possible de faire autour. Nous lui avons fait la "surprise" d'intégrer un cellier, pratique pour le rangement de cet espace complètement ouvert, et qui permet d'adosser le meuble TV et d'aménager de manière plus pratique et fonctionnelle le côté salon. Elle souhaite garder les murs intérieurs en bois pour leur côté chaleureux et naturel, et une décoration sobre et épurée. Afin de casser le côté rustique du bois, nous lui avons proposé un sol en grandes dalles de carrelage gris foncé et du mobilier moderne blanc pour trancher.

We embraced the paneling, as we could not change it, and brought it to life by white washing the fireplace, installing an updated mantel and displayed all of the homeowners beloved collection of various art. The saw blades are hung with mirror clips and we now have a place for all of their painted rocks.

Notre client avait besoin d’un accompagnement personnalisé, solide et professionnel lors de la phase travaux et de la réception de son appartement. En fin de chantier, il a souhaité faire appel à notre équipe pour donner un style à son appartement, livré brut et sans finitions. Notre accompagnement est allé du choix des matériaux de finitions, à la proposition des ambiances et des pièces déco qui lui permettraient de personnaliser son intérieur à moindre coûts. L’appartement que nous lui avons livré est résolument moderne, empreint d’un style industriel complètement assumé, avec son mur de briques rouges, son sol en bois vieilli et son mobilier en métal noirci. Le point fort de l’appartement étant sa luminosité, le choix de teintes sombres permettait de donner du caractère au lieu. C’est ainsi que le parti pris de réaliser les portes en couleur noir fonte a permis d’amener cette touche industrielle jusque dans les pièces plus intimes comme la chambre et la salle de bains. Budget Games Room with Brown Walls Ideas and Designs

If you’re lucky enough to have more than one reception room then you have a bit more freedom when deciding what to do with your secondary space. Families with children or just young-at-heart adults could opt for a family room or games room; whether it’s a pool or snooker table room, a comfy relaxation or TV area, a video games haven, a playroom packed with toys or a sports room with accompanying bar. Usually games rooms are naturally fun, recreational spaces so it’s important that the furnishings are functional but enjoyable with an emphasis on comfort, storage, games and entertainment. If you have the scope, family room extensions are a great way of extending from your kitchen or other area of your house to create a whole new, dedicated family space or games room. Basements are also wonderfully suited to house games rooms as they are usually soundproof and secluded so that loud games, films and cheers of success or failure won’t be heard next door or upstairs. Photographs, artwork, colour schemes and textures that reflect the essence of your household will add charm and promote a sense of comfort and relaxation for your family. Fill the room with features your family love – films, board games, books, music and perhaps sports memorabilia. Keep decor functional and practical – pristine white upholstery and rugs are probably not the ticket for the hustle and bustle of a games or family room. If you love light or neutral tones family room ideas that could work include light leather sofas, which will be easy to clean in the case of any spills, and soft coloured cushions and throws that can be thrown in the washing machine whenever necessary.
