Ce projet a été réalisé pour moderniser une pièce de vie dans l'optique de vendre la maison et de projeter le client dans l'espace grâce à la 3D. La pièce se devait donc sobre pour plaire au plus grand nombre, j'ai choisi des couleurs neutres comme le beige et le blanc qui viennent apporter de la luminosité. Le avant rendait la pièce sombre avec un carrelage peu moderne, il fallait montrer tout le potentiel de cette maison en y apportant la lumière. J'ai également apporté un esprit naturel avec le bois, le marbre et les plantes pour rappeler l'esprit de campagne de la maison. Pour créer l'effet "wow" j'ai ajouté des touches de orange qui réhaussent les couleurs neutres, et un papier peint panoramique noir et blanc !

Progetto completo (dal render al lavoro finito) per questo appartamento sul lago di Como acquistato da una coppia Belga con l'intenzione di destinarlo agli affitti brevi. Abbiamo assistito i clienti già durante la fase di acquisto dell'immobile selezionandolo tra altri sul mercato. Abbiamo creato un progetto in formato render per dare la possibilità ai clienti di visualizzare l'effetto finale dopo il restyling. A progetto approvato siamo passati alla fase attuativa. Le prime immagini sono dei render, a seguire il progetto completato ed infine le immagini dell'appartamento prima del cambio look. Curiosità: l'immobile ha iniziato a ricevere prenotazioni dopo soli 15 minuti che è stato messo sul mercato!

When a customer came to us asking for 1.5″ x 6″ tiles for their Victorian fireplace we didn’t anticipate how popular that size would become! This Victorian fireplace features our 1.5″ x 6″ handmade tile in Jade Moss. Designed in a running bond pattern to get a historically accurate Victorian style.

La salita es el espacio donde nuestra clienta se relaja, escucha música con sus grandes altavoces o mira alguna película. También quiere, pero, poder leer un libro o hacer un pica pica informal con sus amigos en el sofá. Creamos un mueble bajo en forma de “L” que hace a su vez de banco, espacio para almacenar, poner decoración o guardar aparatos electrónicos. Utilizamos módulos básicos y los personalizamos con un sobre de madera a juego con la mesita de centro y la estantería de sobre el sofá. Repicamos una de las paredes para dejar visto el ladrillo y lo pintamos de blanco. Al otro lado: un sofá junto a la ventana, sobre una alfombra muy agradable al tacto y unas cortinas en dos capas (blancas y beige). Arriba una estantería pensada para poner un proyector y con una tira LED integrada.

Im Februar 2021 durfte ich für einen Vermieter eine neu renovierte und ganz frisch eingerichtete Einzimmer-Wohnung in Chemnitz, unweit des örtlichen Klinikum, fotografieren. Als Immobilienfotograf war es mir wichtig, den Sonnenstand sowie die Lichtverhältnisse in der Wohnung zu beachten. Die entstandenen Immobilienfotografien werden bald im Internet und in Werbedrucken, wie Broschüren oder Flyern erscheinen, um Mietinteressenten auf diese sehr schöne Wohnung aufmerksam zu machen.

A lot of my friend’s know that I am ALL ABOUT styling a shelf (#shelfie). It’s probably the one areas of a home that I can style the quickest, thanks to my background in art and design. Whenever styling a shelf I tend to style it like I would paint a canvas… the eye should travel via color and light; there should be texture and balance through the weight of the objects; the eye should also have a place to rest.

From the start of styling process, Rebecca had big dreams of having basket wall on the wall behind the couch, something that we both agreed is yes quite trendy but timeless as well. It was the perfect opportunity to add some playfulness, warmth and texture to the space. There are many approaches that you can take when creating any kind of gallery wall whether you are using baskets, frames, plates, trays, etc. I tend to go with my guttural instinct and start hanging without measuring or overthinking things, however that is the artist in me. It is wise to sometimes take a step back and pause before poking nails in the wall!

Budget Games Room with All Types of Wall Treatment Ideas and Designs

If you’re lucky enough to have more than one reception room then you have a bit more freedom when deciding what to do with your secondary space. Families with children or just young-at-heart adults could opt for a family room or games room; whether it’s a pool or snooker table room, a comfy relaxation or TV area, a video games haven, a playroom packed with toys or a sports room with accompanying bar. Usually games rooms are naturally fun, recreational spaces so it’s important that the furnishings are functional but enjoyable with an emphasis on comfort, storage, games and entertainment. If you have the scope, family room extensions are a great way of extending from your kitchen or other area of your house to create a whole new, dedicated family space or games room. Basements are also wonderfully suited to house games rooms as they are usually soundproof and secluded so that loud games, films and cheers of success or failure won’t be heard next door or upstairs. Snooker, billiards and pool tables will keep competitive spirits busy but if you don’t have the room, table football could be a more suitable option. There’s also air hockey, poker tables, table tennis and cribbage tables; simply pick your game of choice. And of course, if you’re a big fan of the arrows a dart board will be a necessity, just make sure you have a safe area to practise in and your walls are well protected!

Photographs, artwork, colour schemes and textures that reflect the essence of your household will add charm and promote a sense of comfort and relaxation for your family. Fill the room with features your family love – films, board games, books, music and perhaps sports memorabilia. Keep decor functional and practical – pristine white upholstery and rugs are probably not the ticket for the hustle and bustle of a games or family room. If you love light or neutral tones family room ideas that could work include light leather sofas, which will be easy to clean in the case of any spills, and soft coloured cushions and throws that can be thrown in the washing machine whenever necessary.
