Pinnacle Design & RemodelingA referral from Landmark remodeling and friends of previous clients, we were hired for a test run of the first of many projects on their home improvement list. We added shiplap, and changed out the floor to a statement penny round tile. A simple upgrade that was to set the tone for the future remodels in their home.
Next Gen Design Firmwe remodeled this lake home's second bathroom. We stole some space from an adjacent storage room to add a much needed shower. We used river rock for the floor and the shower floor and wall detail. We also left all wood unfinished to add to the rustic charm.
Revamped Interior ProjectsCustom made wall hung two drawer vanity, porcelain top, tall cabinet and mirrored cabinet.

Reed Design Build, LLCHow to transform that boring, dated guest bath into a fresh new space with Florida vacation atmosphere? Add light, glass, and texture all set against a soothing white palette. High gloss aqua glass in the shower creates an “under the sea” water experience. Removal of an existing linen closet visually opens the space, making room for a private grooming area and open shelving for towel storage in the shower room. Casual hooks for wet towels. Aqua basket weave glass backsplash at the vanity adds fun and light-reflecting texture. This “spa” like guest bath says relax and welcome to paradise.

Cabinet-S-TopIn this bathroom, Waypoint Living Spaces D12S Thermofoil Linen vanity in white with Decolav Ela Vessel sink in Frosted Crystal was installed. The shower walls are a one piece 36 x 36 Ice Gray Alabaster Cultured Marble with clear glass shower door with brushed nickel finish and towel bars. On the floor is Florium Grigio 12x24" tile with charcoal gray color grout.
Nystrom DesignBalancing modern architectural elements with traditional Edwardian features was a key component of the complete renovation of this San Francisco residence. All new finishes were selected to brighten and enliven the spaces, and the home was filled with a mix of furnishings that convey a modern twist on traditional elements. The re-imagined layout of the home supports activities that range from a cozy family game night to al fresco entertaining.
