Maraya Interior DesignLuxurious modern take on a traditional white Italian villa. An entry with a silver domed ceiling, painted moldings in patterns on the walls and mosaic marble flooring create a luxe foyer. Into the formal living room, cool polished Crema Marfil marble tiles contrast with honed carved limestone fireplaces throughout the home, including the outdoor loggia. Ceilings are coffered with white painted
crown moldings and beams, or planked, and the dining room has a mirrored ceiling. Bathrooms are white marble tiles and counters, with dark rich wood stains or white painted. The hallway leading into the master bedroom is designed with barrel vaulted ceilings and arched paneled wood stained doors. The master bath and vestibule floor is covered with a carpet of patterned mosaic marbles, and the interior doors to the large walk in master closets are made with leaded glass to let in the light. The master bedroom has dark walnut planked flooring, and a white painted fireplace surround with a white marble hearth.
The kitchen features white marbles and white ceramic tile backsplash, white painted cabinetry and a dark stained island with carved molding legs. Next to the kitchen, the bar in the family room has terra cotta colored marble on the backsplash and counter over dark walnut cabinets. Wrought iron staircase leading to the more modern media/family room upstairs.

Laura Lee HomeCocktails are at the ready with this built in wet bar. An ice maker and locked liquor storage provide the necessary items for a party. Located between the dining and living room, the colonnade is the place in this party home for cocktail hour.
The Decorators UnlimitedDesigned and constructed with a clean and timeless look, this home is a reflection of the perfect transitional design. From the light wood floors with white walls to the espresso wood accent, the features of this home allow for the timeless design to be ageless. Keeping the furniture a dark wood tone paired with white fabrics also allows them to use accent colors through the seasons.
Four Elements ConstructionA close friend of one of our owners asked for some help, inspiration, and advice in developing an area in the mezzanine level of their commercial office/shop so that they could entertain friends, family, and guests. They wanted a bar area, a poker area, and seating area in a large open lounge space. So although this was not a full-fledged Four Elements project, it involved a Four Elements owner's design ideas and handiwork, a few Four Elements sub-trades, and a lot of personal time to help bring it to fruition. You will recognize similar design themes as used in the Four Elements office like barn-board features, live edge wood counter-tops, and specialty LED lighting seen in many of our projects. And check out the custom poker table and beautiful rope/beam light fixture constructed by our very own Peter Russell. What a beautiful and cozy space!
Diane Hasso StudiosDiane came up with this original wall finish covering and applied it to the walls of the home bar and to the adjacent coffee station. We had the lower cabinets painted White Dove OC-17, added glass to the wood countertops, and glass shelves with gold brackets to the space.
