Tetrachrome Design, LLCThe benefits of living in sunny Florida are not needing to protect your car from the harsh elements of winter. For this garage makeover, we transformed a three-car garage into 3 unique areas for gathering with friends and lounging: a movie, card and pool table area. We added a fun removable wallpaper on the far wall, giving the room some fun character. The long wall of velvet curtains is not only for not feeling like you're in a garage, but they were added for acoustics and to allow the garage doors to still open as needed. Lots of fun to be had here!
The Gall Group: Design | Build | RemodelLocated in Old Seagrove, FL, this 1980's beach house was is steps away from the beach and a short walk from Seaside Square. Working with local general contractor, Corestruction, the existing 3 bedroom and 3 bath house was completely remodeled. Additionally, 3 more bedrooms and bathrooms were constructed over the existing garage and kitchen, staying within the original footprint. This modern coastal design focused on maximizing light and creating a comfortable and inviting home to accommodate large families vacationing at the beach. The large backyard was completely overhauled, adding a pool, limestone pavers and turf, to create a relaxing outdoor living space.
Nancy Finneson | DeMane DesignA 1930’s boathouse is renewed with an updated space and new pier, everything inside is new. Some new features include: Nanawalls, tall glass doors fold open completely onto a new deck, a working kitchen with an island that houses a hydraulic can swivel and move around on a whim, a sofa sleeper has double function, a TV is on a swing arm, and tables transform and combine for different needs. It’s a small space everything had to be multi-functional. Storage is a premium, a handcrafted ladder displays quilts when its not being used to access a loft space in a dropped ceiling. With nautical touches the revitalized boathouse shed is now a great place to entertain and watch the sun set on the water.
Tutto InteriorsThe Renovation of this home held a host of issues to resolve. The original fireplace was awkward and the ceiling was very complex. The original fireplace concept was designed to use a 3-sided fireplace to divide two rooms which became the focal point of the Great Room.
For this particular floor plan since the Great Room was open to the rest of the main floor a sectional was the perfect choice to ground the space. It did just that! Although it is an open concept the floor plan creates a comfortable cozy space.

Terri Clark InteriorsThis home was in need of a makeover from top to bottom; it was tired and outdated. The goal was to incorporate a little bit of Cape Cod with some contemporary inspiration to keep things from getting a little boring. The result is warm and inviting. We are currently adding a few new changes to the content of this home and will feature them when they are completed. Very exciting!
Michael Norpell's Wall To WallInspired by the lobby of the iconic Riviera Hotel lobby in Palm Springs, the wall was removed and replaced with a screen block wall that creates a sense of connection to the rest of the house, while still defining the den area. Gray cork flooring makes a neutral backdrop, allowing the architecture of the space to be the champion. Rose quartz pink and modern greens come together in both furnishings and artwork to help create a modern lounge.
Keeping InteriorsThe family room truly showcases the indoor-outdoor living this home offers with its panoramic opening to the backyard.
