Fireplaces 'N' Fixin's
A generous heating capacity allows the Shelburne to heat large areas of your home with ease. Traditional cast iron style is complemented by functionality: a soapstone-lined firebox extends the HeatLife; an oversized self-cleaning window makes loading easy and enhances your fire viewing. The Shelburne delivers Hearthstone quality in classic cast iron style. Finishes available in matte black, brown enamel, and basil.

The scheme of this room was designed around the fantastic Matthew Williamson Fanfare wallpaper, which reflects the light. The fan is brought into play in the travel artefacts that adorn the room. The bright, jewel colours make it warm and inviting in the evening, providing a cosy place to share a bottle of wine in front of the fire.

For a single woman working in downtown San Francisco, we were tasked with remodeling her 500 sq.ft. Victorian garden condo. We brought in more light by enlarging most of the openings to the rear and adding a sliding glass door in the kitchen. The kitchen features custom zebrawood cabinets, CaesarStone counters, stainless steel appliances and a large, deep square sink. The bathroom features a wall-hung Duravit vanity and toilet, recessed lighting, custom, built-in medicine cabinets and geometric glass tile. Wood tones in the kitchen and bath add a note of warmth to the clean modern lines. We designed a soft blue custom desk/tv unit and white bookshelves in the living room to make the most out of the space available. A modern JØTUL fireplace stove heats the space stylishly. We replaced all of the Victorian trim throughout with clean, modern trim and organized the ducts and pipes into soffits to create as orderly look as possible with the existing conditions.

This large Victorian house with open plan L-shaped living and dining room area was transformed into a family-friendly and cohesive space that has been clearly defined by use of wall materials and layout. Dark navy painted walls add depth and character to the rooms and the client now has designated, practical zones for all the family to enjoy.

The brief from the client was to create a relaxing space where to kick off the shoes after a long day and snuggle down and, at the same time, create a joyful and very colourful and eclectic space to entertain.
