A spacious colonial in the heart of the waterfront community of Greenhaven still had its original 1950s kitchen. A renovation without an addition added space by reconfiguring, and the wall between kitchen and family room was removed to create open flow. В конце коридора находится общее пространство кухни-гостиной. Разнообразить светлую цветовую палитру комнаты дизайнеры решили с помощью оттенков серого и синего. Детали из золотистого металла придают интерьеру утончённую роскошь. Для отделки стен выбрали обои. На полу уложили керамогранит под камень и дубовый паркет. Около входа расположили зону кухни. Чтобы создать правильную эргономику рабочего треугольника, дизайнеры выбрали угловое расположение мебели. Встроенный холодильник, духовку и микроволновку расположили в отдельном блоке. Высокие шкафы позволяют использовать максимум пространства для организации хранения. Чтобы избежать монолитности, дизайнеры скомбинировали гладкие и рельефные фасады. Столешницу и рабочий фартук отделали керамогранитом с броским рисунком. Золотистый кант под столешницей сочетается с раковиной и смесителем. У окна расположили витрину для посуды. Овальный стол в окружении лёгких кресел образует уютную обеденную группу. Стол раздвигается, так что за ним свободно могут разместиться 6 человек. Обратите внимание, как дизайнеры обыграли вертикальные линии в интерьере. Рельефные фасады кухонного гарнитура рифмуются с основанием стола, а золотистые подвесы над обеденной группой продолжают вертикальную линию в ножках кресел. Это ешение работает на ритмичность и объединяет интерьер в единое целое. В глубине комнаты дизайнеры выделили место для отдыха. Компактный диван раскладывается в полноценное спальное место для гостей. Декоративный фриз в этой зоне дополнили молдингами, чтобы сфокусировать внимание на картине. Этот приём помогает зрительно раздвинуть стены и создать ощущение простора. Для освещения этой зоны выбрали люстру с золотистым каркасом и стеклянными плафонами в форме цилиндров. Простенок между окнами использовали под ТВ-зону. Телевизор закрепили на специальном кронштейне, чтобы поворачивать экран в сторону дивана или стола. Потолочные накладные светильники в этой зоне сочетаются с подвесами над столом и люстрой в зоне гостиной.

The roll-out shelf makes it easier to fill clean and operate each appliance while also making it easy to put away. A wide roll-out shelf helps store heavy small appliances like a KitchenAid Mixer while making them easy to use, clean, and put away. Shelves and a set of apothecary drawers help house an assortment of baking tools, ingredients, mixing bowls and cookbooks. Beneath the counter a drawer and a set of roll-out shelves in various heights provides more easy access storage for pantry items, misc. baking accessories, rolling pins, mixing bowls, and more. The kitchen island provides a large worktop, seating for 3-4 guests, and even more storage! This photo: For a couple's house in Paradise Valley, architect C.P. Drewett created a sleek modern kitchen with Caesarstone counters and tile backsplashes from Art Stone LLC. Porcelain-tile floors from Villagio Tile & Stone provide contrast to the dark-stained vertical-grain white-oak cabinetry fabricated by Reliance Custom Cabinets. Positioned near the base of iconic Camelback Mountain, “Outside In” is a modernist home celebrating the love of outdoor living Arizonans crave. The design inspiration was honoring early territorial architecture while applying modernist design principles. Dressed with undulating negra cantera stone, the massing elements of “Outside In” bring an artistic stature to the project’s design hierarchy. This home boasts a first (never seen before feature) — a re-entrant pocketing door which unveils virtually the entire home’s living space to the exterior pool and view terrace. A timeless chocolate and white palette makes this home both elegant and refined.
