Inspired by the majesty of the Northern Lights and this family's everlasting love for Disney, this home plays host to enlighteningly open vistas and playful activity. Like its namesake, the beloved Sleeping Beauty, this home embodies family, fantasy and adventure in their truest form. Visions are seldom what they seem, but this home did begin 'Once Upon a Dream'. Landscape Logic
This BBQ island was designed to showcase a few different materials. There are many options when deciding on what materials to use. On this one, we chose to use a stone veneer on the base that matches the stone veneer on the front of the house and the chimney. The back drop has a deco panel called Outdeco which is a hard wood material from Australia. The blue and gray tile on the pedestal is glass and comes from Spain; it matches the same tile on used on the spa.

Sport Court St. Louis
When you think of a Sport Court modular sports surface, most people tend to think of the typical home basketball court. Sport Court surfaces are well-known — FIBA 3x3 plays on our courts — and are much more versatile than you might think.

BE Landscape Design
This front yard went from water hogging grass and old school roses, to a flourishing native garden. As an added echo perk, we repurposed broken cement to create a little retaining wall and parkway path.
Ambiance Garden Design, LLC
Updated landscape to address lack of curb appeal in neighborhood. This landscape creates flow and interest throughout the property. A rock garden was installed in the back yard to address erosion and drainage issues at end of the back area.
Style Architects
Client wanted this Villa to with a certain budget. Having that in mind, the design phase got re-modified 3 times in order to meet the client’s expectations/needs. The best choice that was achieved was Mexican due to:
• Very good interior concepts
• Very selective material
• Not expensive material i.e ceramic floors, rough finishes on the walls.
Another condition/ challenge was to create the master bedroom on the ground floor. The ground floor was designed with arches and terraces to give space for privacy and warmth. The value of the house lies in the actual design rather than the material itself.
