JTID Inc.A secondary hallway leads into a guest wing which features the powder room. The decorative tile flooring of the entryway and the kitchen was intentionally run into the powder room. The cabinet which features an integrated white glass counter/sink was procured from a specialized website. An Arabian silver-leafed mirror is mounted over a silk-based wall covering by Phillip Jeffries.
Henrietta Heisler Interiors IncThoughtful details make this small powder room renovation uniquely beautiful. Due to its location partially under a stairway it has several unusual angles. We used those angles to have a vanity custom built to fit. The new vanity allows room for a beautiful textured sink with widespread faucet, space for items on top, plus closed and open storage below the brown, gold and off-white quartz countertop. Unique molding and a burled maple effect finish this custom piece.
Classic toile (a printed design depicting a scene) was inspiration for the large print blue floral wallpaper that is thoughtfully placed for impact when the door is open. Smokey mercury glass inspired the romantic overhead light fixture and hardware style. The room is topped off by the original crown molding, plus trim that we added directly onto the ceiling, with wallpaper inside that creates an inset look.

La restauración del tejado y la incorporación de cocina y baño a las estancias de la casa, fueron aprovechadas para un cambio radical en el uso y los espacios de la vivienda.
El bajo techo se ha restaurado con el fin de activar toda su superficie, que estaba en estado ruinoso, y usado como almacén de material de ganadería, para la introducción de un baño en planta alta, habitaciones, zona de recreo y despacho. Generando un espacio abierto tipo Loft abierto.
La cubierta de estilo de teja árabe se ha restaurado, aprovechando todo el material antiguo, donde en el bajo techo se ha dispuesto de una combinación de materiales, metálicos y madera.
En planta baja, se ha dispuesto una cocina y un baño, sin modificar la estructura de la casa original solo mediante la apertura y cierre de sus accesos. Cocina con ambas entradas a comedor y salón, haciendo de ella un lugar de tránsito y funcionalmente acorde a ambas estancias.
Fachada restaurada donde se ha podido devolver las figuras geométricas que antaño se habían dispuesto en la pared de adobe.
El patio revitalizado, se le han realizado pequeñas intervenciones tácticas para descargarlo, así como remates en pintura para que aparente de mayores dimensiones. También en el se ha restaurado el baño exterior, el cual era el original de la casa.
Rudloff Custom BuildersRenovations made this house bright, open, and modern. In addition to installing white oak flooring, we opened up and brightened the living space by removing a wall between the kitchen and family room and added large windows to the kitchen. In the family room, we custom made the built-ins with a clean design and ample storage. In the family room, we custom-made the built-ins. Erica Peale DesignThis punchy powder room is the perfect spot to take a risk with bold colors and patterns. In this beautiful renovated Victorian home, we started with an antique piece of furniture, painted a lovely kelly green to serve as the vanity. We paired this with brass accents, a wild wallpaper, and painted all of the trim a coordinating navy blue for a powder room that really pops!
Melinda Mandell Interior DesignDeep and vibrant, this tropical leaf wallpaper turned a small powder room into a showstopper. The wood vanity is topped with a marble countertop + backsplash and adorned with a gold faucet. A recessed medicine cabinet is flanked by two sconces with painted shades to keep things moody.
LudilyDans ce grand appartement de 105 m2, les fonctions étaient mal réparties. Notre intervention a permis de recréer l’ensemble des espaces, avec une entrée qui distribue l’ensemble des pièces de l’appartement. Dans la continuité de l’entrée, nous avons placé un WC invité ainsi que la salle de bain comprenant une buanderie, une double douche et un WC plus intime. Nous souhaitions accentuer la lumière naturelle grâce à une palette de blanc. Le marbre et les cabochons noirs amènent du contraste à l’ensemble.
L’ancienne cuisine a été déplacée dans le séjour afin qu’elle soit de nouveau au centre de la vie de famille, laissant place à un grand bureau, bibliothèque. Le double séjour a été transformé pour en faire une seule pièce composée d’un séjour et d’une cuisine. La table à manger se trouvant entre la cuisine et le séjour.
La nouvelle chambre parentale a été rétrécie au profit du dressing parental. La tête de lit a été dessinée d’un vert foret pour contraster avec le lit et jouir de ses ondes. Le parquet en chêne massif bâton rompu existant a été restauré tout en gardant certaines cicatrices qui apporte caractère et chaleur à l’appartement. Dans la salle de bain, la céramique traditionnelle dialogue avec du marbre de Carare C au sol pour une ambiance à la fois douce et lumineuse.

Paxton Place DesignWe wanted to make a statement in the small powder bathroom with the color blue! Hand-painted wood tiles are on the accent wall behind the mirror, toilet, and sink, creating the perfect pop of design. Brass hardware and plumbing is used on the freestanding sink to give contrast to the blue and green color scheme. An elegant mirror stands tall in order to make the space feel larger. Light green penny floor tile is put in to also make the space feel larger than it is. We decided to add a pop of a complimentary color with a large artwork that has the color orange. This allows the space to take a break from the blue and green color scheme. This powder bathroom is small but mighty.

1
