Il complesso residenziale rientra nella classe energetica A, grazie all'isolamento a cappotto, serramenti a taglio termico, pompe di calore, pannelli solarti e impianti di riscaldamento a bassa temperatura.
UserPour ce projet nous avons décidé de tout changer. Nos clients ayant passé plusieurs confinements dans leur appartement, ils avaient besoin de verdure et de profiter au maximum du potentiel de leur belle terrasse tout en longueur.
La problèmatique des grandes espaces extérieurs c'est qu'il faut structurer les espaces, c'est à dire dédier une fonction à un espace (sur ce projet on retrouve un espace déjeuner/diner et un espace cocooning, détente).
Pour accentuer le coté naturel nous avons utilisé un gazon synthétique haut de gamme qui ressemble à si méprendre à un gazon traditionnel. Pour structurer cet aménagement extérieur pour avons utilisé des poteries en fibre de béton. Pour le coté coloré nous avons opté pour des bacs en tissus, facilement déplaçable en cas de réunion de famille.
