This new construction client had a vision of creating an updated Victorian inspired home. From the exterior through the interior, a formal story is told through luxurious fabrics, rich color tones and detail galore.
The sun room was full of beautiful arched windows, hex tile floors & sunshine. We sourced comfortable traditional chairs for reading and morning coffee. A custom round rug fits perfectly in the octagonal room.

Complete remodel of an existing den adding shiplap, built-ins, stone fireplace, cedar beams, and new tile flooring.

The sunroom was updated as well. A heated floor was installed. A ceiling fan with wall speed controller was added. New window and door casings, baseboard & base shoe were selected to match the original round-edge profile. Porcelain tiles resembeling terra cotta cover the concrete floor.
It’s now their go-to for dining given the greatly enhanced comfort it provides over the original.
