A beautiful transformation journey from an old-fashioned spiritless bathroom to a refreshing bathroom. The bathroom has become much healthier and hygienic after the necessary damp survey, strip out, and repair works. The old carpet in the space was stripped out and changed with rather refreshing soft green floor tiles while soft green matt vertical wall tiles has been fitted. The harmonious flow of the tiles has added an organic and contemporary touch, looking very refreshing. Renovation by Absolute Project Management

It was a fun remodel. We started with a blank canvas and went through several designs until the homeowner decided. We all agreed, it was the perfect design. We removed the old shower and gave the owner a spa-like seating area.
We installed a Steamer in the shower, with a marble slab bench seat. We installed a Newport shower valve with a handheld sprayer. Four small LED lights surrounding a 24" Rain-Shower in the ceiling. We installed two top-mounted sink-bowls, with wall-mounted faucets.

We were sure to add tons of storage to the cabana bath as there is sure to be an excess of towels lying around in the summer months.

Full gut renovation of Brooklyn coop bathroom. The bathroom, which was last updated when it was built in 1940, now has a modern, bright, timeless quality.

The new family bathroom was extended into the landing and by knocking down the dividing wall between the toilet and bathroom to give more space and comfort in the bathroom. The colour scheme was simple and light in complete contrast to the dark tiny rooms of the original layout. The tiles are taken from the Nature collection from CTD. A simple square design was used on the window film to provide privacy but allowing light to flow in. The bath is wide which is really comfortable for showering and still allows for a lovely bath.

Overlooking Bleecker Street in the heart of the West Village, this compact one bedroom apartment required a gut renovation including the replacement of the windows.
This intricate project focused on providing functional flexibility and ensuring that every square inch of space is put to good use. Cabinetry, closets and shelving play a key role in shaping the spaces.
The typical boundaries between living and sleeping areas are blurred by employing clear glass sliding doors and a clerestory around of the freestanding storage wall between the bedroom and lounge. The kitchen extends into the lounge seamlessly, with an island that doubles as a dining table and layout space for a concealed study/desk adjacent. The bedroom transforms into a playroom for the nursery by folding the bed into another storage wall.
In order to maximize the sense of openness, most materials are white including satin lacquer cabinetry, Corian counters at the seat wall and CNC milled Corian panels enclosing the HVAC systems. White Oak flooring is stained gray with a whitewash finish. Steel elements provide contrast, with a blackened finish to the door system, column and beams. Concrete tile and slab is used throughout the Bathroom to act as a counterpoint to the predominantly white living areas.

Renovation of a classic Minneapolis bungalow included this family bathroom. An adjacent closet was converted to a walk-in glass shower and small sinks allowed room for two vanities. The mirrored wall and simple palette helps make the room feel larger. Playful accents like cow head towel hooks from CB2 and custom children's step stools add interest and function to this bathroom. The hexagon floor tile was selected to be in keeping with the original 1920's era of the home.
This bathroom used to be tiny and was the only bathroom on the 2nd floor. We chose to spend the budget on making a very functional family bathroom now and add a master bathroom when the children get bigger.

Our brief was to expand this period property into a modern 3 bedroom family home. In doing so we managed to create some interesting architectural openings which introduced plenty of daylight and a very open view from front to back.

The sun-drenched bathroom features extra long white subway tiles in a stack bond pattern. Textured sheers paired with an extra long shower curtain liner keep water in while allowing sunlight to continue to filter through. Luxurious accents in copper, rose gold, and marble warm and embellish the simple space.
