Aaron AdamsOriginal cedar ceiling was reused while all but one wall of paneling was removed. Cedar was extended into the shower after the soffit was removed. Existing cabinet was refinished and tile countertop installed along with a vessel sink and oversized faucet. Tile floor is grouted vinyl tile to minimize its profile in the doorway. Shower panel with massage features installed. Penny tile was used on shower floor. Entire shower wall was tiled to the corner.

Wyland Interior Design CenterThe vanity cabinet is from DeWil's Custom Cabinetry, from their frameless Horizon line. The Sirius door style is in a Walnut wood, in DeWil's Caffe stain option. This door style, wood and stain color as in the master bath area.
We decided to tile the vanity counter with the same Bedrosain Tile Athena/ Color: Ash and grout it with Latictrete Spectralock Epoxy grout for easy maintenance.

Aaron AdamsOriginal bathroom with less than 24" doorway to shower. No bath fan was installed (as was the typical practice if a bathroom had a window in the 60s and 70s). Cedar paneling was retained on the ceiling and on the far left wall to pay homage to the original finish. Paneling was not original to the bathroom as behind it was a baby blue painted wall.
