Kraft Custom ConstructionThe owners of this beautiful 1908 NE Portland home wanted to breathe new life into their unfinished basement and dysfunctional main-floor bathroom and mudroom. Our goal was to create comfortable and practical spaces, while staying true to the preferences of the homeowners and age of the home.
The existing half bathroom and mudroom were situated in what was originally an enclosed back porch. The homeowners wanted to create a full bathroom on the main floor, along with a functional mudroom off the back entrance. Our team completely gutted the space, reframed the walls, leveled the flooring, and installed upgraded amenities, including a solid surface shower, custom cabinetry, blue tile and marmoleum flooring, and Marvin wood windows.
In the basement, we created a laundry room, designated workshop and utility space, and a comfortable family area to shoot pool. The renovated spaces are now up-to-code with insulated and finished walls, heating & cooling, epoxy flooring, and refurbished windows.
The newly remodeled spaces achieve the homeowner's desire for function, comfort, and to preserve the unique quality & character of their 1908 residence.

Wesgrove HomesThis home was completely remodelled with high end stainless steel appliances, custom millwork cabinets, new hardwood flooring throughout, and new fixtures.
The updated home is now a bright, inviting space to entertain and create new memories in.
The renovation continued into the living, dining, and entry areas as well as the upstairs bedrooms and master bathroom. A large barn door was installed in the upstairs master bedroom to conceal the walk in closet.
The Muir ShowroomsThe teak shower seat flips up when not needed to save space. It supports up to 400 pounds when properly anchored in studs and meets ADA requirements. (There is not a window in the shower, that is the reflection in the shower door.)
Nouvelle Kitchens & BathroomsClever tile and tapware choices combine to achieve an elegant interpretation of an 'industrial-style' bathroom. Note the clever design for the shaving cabinets, which also add light and a luxurious touch to the whole look, handy niches for storage and display, as well as the practical addition of a laundry basket to ensure the bathroom remains uncluttered at all times. The double showers and vanity allow for a relaxed toillette for both users.
The Muir ShowroomsThe elegant stand-up shower used to be a standard 60" shower-tub enclosure. There was enough space in the room to deepen the shower alcove to 36" for a more comfortable showering experience. (This is the reflection in the vanity mirror.)

Stonehenge Custom Tile and StoneThis master bath features some stunning slab wall in the shower and wainscot. The large format tile flooring transitions into pebbles for the shower flooring. Like the rest of the bathrooms this room features custom built vanities and includes full height linen cabinets. There was even a sauna added into this room.
