HouseHomeAlthough the Kids Bathroom was reduced in size by a few feet to add additional space in the Master Bathroom, you would never suspect it! Because of the new layout and design selections, it now feels even larger than before. We chose light colors for the walls, flooring, cabinetry, and tiles, as well as a large mirror to reflect more light. A custom linen closet with pull-out drawers and frosted glass elevates the design while remaining functional for this family. For a space created to work for a teenage boy, teen girl, and pre-teen girl, we showcase that you don’t need to sacrifice great design for functionality!

在来工法の浴室には床暖房とサーモタイルで寒さ対策をしています。
窓も大きく広げ、雨戸を外してブラインドシャッターをつけました。

By removing the wall that divided the entry from the tub and flipping the entry door to open the other direction the space appears twice as large and created a much better flow. The original ensuite was smaller, so we enlarged the space and moved interior walls and modified their closet for a much more functional space. The secondary basement bathroom remained the same size, but we completely remodelled to also allow for a tiled shower with a glass enclosure. We love the simplicity of the designs and also the heated floor systems, which bring warmth and comfort.
