Homework Design.Build.RemodelThis was a large remodel in a small space! We brought in more natural light by removing the toilet wall and door. We replaced the tub with a custom floor to ceiling shower and a 70" tall custom shower niche! Hello Costco shampoo bottles! We also installed grey glass subway tile all the way to the vaulted ceiling. New floor tile and trim throughout the space. This was a fun project!

For this space, we took a heavy, dated and uninspiring bathroom and turned it into one that is inspiring, soothing and highly functional. The general footprint of the bathroom did not change allowing the budget to stay contained and under control. The client is over the moon happy with their new bathroom.

Jordan Design-Build GroupFor this renovation, the basic layout functioned well for the homeowners, but the bathroom was feeling dated and in need of an overhaul. We replaced a bulky tub deck with a more scaled back and refined surround, complete with a paneled front to match the custom his and hers vanities. A wing wall was removed to allow light in and create a more open feel. A prefabricated shower pan and dated sliders were replaced with a custom tiled shower and frameless glass. We used a combination of natural travertine and porcelain tiles to provide visual warmth to the expansive bathroom. Lucy Furniss DesignThis is the Master Bedroom Ensuite. It feature double concrete vessels and a solid oak floating vanity. Two LED backlit mirrors really highlight the texture of these feature tiles.
MIREWORKSWhat a transformation! Originally, this master bath featured a large deck tub which was tucked in to the corner where the new wet area currently lies. The tub was walled in on practically all sides, and controlled too much of the baths underutilized square footage. By taking the tub out of the deck and relocating it against the far wall, we now could use the space in front of the tub for a large walk-in shower, creating a wet area. In addition, this move allowed us to use the space that had previously housed the small shower as a designated makeup counter.

K. Rue Designs, LLCThrough a major remodel, the K. Rue Designs team led a fabulous design with results of a timeless look featuring black accents, a freestanding tub, and larger shower. Against a beautiful frosted window with thick white trim and wainscoting wall, a stunning black freestanding tub with wall-mount fixture creates a focal point. Neutral gray chevron wood-look tile offers interest white grounding the space. Light painted walls are complemented with elongated white subway tile throughout the shower and a hint of darker contrasting grout. For ambiance, a dark spherical chandelier adorns above the freestanding statement tub. All white cabinetry spans across the opposite wall with light quartz countertops. Black accents emphasized on the mirror frames, industrial lighting, single handle sink faucets, and cabinetry pulls. A sweet, intricate vanity chair entices this simple, yet sophisticated bathroom.
